I have joined several panels over the past few years... Some of them send monthly emails.... some of them send quarterly emails.... and some of them send weekly emails.
Pretty much: Consumer panels are awesome! All you have to do is answer short surveys whenever they send them and they send you awesome coupons (in most cases for free products as well as additional $ or centsoff coupons)!!!
1. Pringles: In the past 2 years i have received about 4 emails from them a year. They ask me to answer a 5 question survey and then they send me coupons for (1) free pringles and (4) cents off coupons.
2. Pssst... My Get Together: I have hosted a my get together Football party for them last year. I answer the surveys and receive coupons for all sorts of General Mills coupons all the time!
3. Mills Advisory Panel: This one sends a couple emails a year and will also compensate you with FREE coupons!
4. Team Juicy Juice: Here you can host theme related birthday parties for your young ones! Juicy Juice will sponsor your party and send you out different freebie coupons and other great goodies! You can also earn points to earn gift cards!
